Terms & Conditions — 777rp

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the 777rp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities may not register as Players.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of 777rp, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated by 777rp for breach of these Terms.
• You are opening the Account solely for your own personal use and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1.

777rp reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts opened by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable law and 777rp's internal policies.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (KTP or passport).
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Valid email address and mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.
• Preferred local bank account or e-wallet details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or other supported channels) for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify 777rp support immediately via the contact details in Section 15.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, 777rp will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB).

All transactions on the 777rp Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 777rp does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which 777rp accepts no responsibility.

Processing times stated above are indicative and may be affected by banking maintenance windows, national public holidays in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and Nyepi), or exceptional transaction volumes. 777rp will communicate any known delays through official Platform notifications.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 777rp reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any applicable anti-money-laundering checks.

Players are permitted to deposit and withdraw only through payment methods they personally own and control. Any attempt to circumvent this requirement may result in Account suspension and referral to the appropriate authorities.

777rp offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on each promotion's detail page and to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Household / Device / IP Address: Welcome bonuses and new-player offers are available to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address. 777rp uses automated detection to enforce this rule; accounts found to have circumvented it will be disqualified and any bonus winnings voided.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active: While a wagering requirement is outstanding, a maximum single bet of Rp 200.000 applies unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, togel, and sports betting contribution rates are specified per promotion. Games marked as restricted do not contribute at all.
• Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within 7 days of issuance, and wagering requirements not satisfied within 30 days of bonus activation, will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without notice.
• Seasonal Promotions: Special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — carry their own specific terms, which are published in advance on the Platform.

777rp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, the decision of 777rp's compliance team is final and binding.

All bets placed on the 777rp Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, togel, crash games, or sabung ayam (cockfighting betting). Each product's rules are published within the Platform under the relevant game or market section.

• Acceptance of Bets: A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets that have not received a confirmation number are not valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by product and market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by 777rp without prior notice, including for individual Accounts at 777rp's discretion.
• Errors and Obvious Mistakes: 777rp reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneously published price or on an incorrectly specified market, including situations arising from system malfunctions, data-feed errors, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Live / In-Play Betting: Live betting odds are subject to rapid change. A bet is only confirmed at the price accepted by the system at the time of submission, not at the price displayed when the Player initiated the bet slip.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected outcomes to be correct for a return to be paid. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that leg at odds of 1.00.
• Postponed or Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

777rp is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools accessible from within the Account settings. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options ranging from 30 days to permanent closure.

If you believe that your gambling may be causing harm to yourself or others, you are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools immediately and to review our dedicated Responsible Gaming page. Players who have activated a self-exclusion may not have that exclusion lifted before the elected period has expired, regardless of the reason given. 777rp staff will not override a self-exclusion request under any circumstances.

All players must be 21 years of age or older. 777rp employs age-verification checks during registration and at KYC stage. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777rp Platform:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that are designed to systematically exploit promotional offers or price discrepancies.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is illegal, using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymization tool to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Attempting to charge-back any deposit made to the Platform without first raising a dispute with 777rp's support team.

All content on the 777rp Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777rp or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 777rp.

777rp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your data will never be sold to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity-verification providers, fraud-prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by 777rp's licensing obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777rp's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777rp is not liable for any of the following, regardless of whether they were foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service failures, internet disruptions, or government actions.
• Any loss arising from a Player's decision to gamble, including losses incurred as a result of problem gambling.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777rp's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

777rp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency has instructed 777rp to take such action.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at the email address in Section 15. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

777rp reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or by regulatory instruction, in which case they shall apply immediately.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment comes into effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction under which 777rp holds its gaming license.

777rp operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a representation that any particular product or service is available or lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your country or territory of residence, including Indonesia.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 777rp's internal complaints procedure (described in Section 15) may be referred to the dispute resolution body specified by 777rp's licensing authority. 777rp will provide details of the applicable dispute resolution process upon request.

If you have any questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, wish to raise a complaint, or need to report a suspected breach, please contact the 777rp support team using the details below. All communications should be sent in English or Indonesian; the platform will respond in English.

For urgent account security issues — including suspected unauthorized access — please mark your email with the subject line "URGENT: Account Security" for priority handling.

Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and fully investigated within 14 business days. Where an investigation is expected to take longer, 777rp will notify you of the anticipated resolution timeline.
